How to check the work flow of the system?

Hello everyone, I am working as a project manager in a private firm and I want the complete record of the work flow of my project. I was on leave for past 10 days and none of my people gave any records of any work. How can I check the work flow of the system of those 10 days?

Hi, do you mean tracking what they've been doing?

You could try Basecamp or Harvest. Both are web based paid services and work quite well.

I'm still looking for some desktop based open source solutions, if anybody has options I'll like to know about them.
