Ya your question is to vague , to answer your question there are many factors that should be considered like what kind of site do you want to make how much traffic do you think this site will get, what sort of scripts are you planing on using on this site this can make a big differnce in the host you choose how important is speed and uptime and where will your main market be in the us mexico china ect...
