| I’ve had a few emails from friends asking to join Facebook#over the weeks but have pretty much ignored them and put off signing up to Facebook. However I had a few minutes spare yesterday afternoon so thought I would sign up. And was glad I did! The best way to describe it is that its a bit like MySpace but better. It offers far more ways to interact with your friends/colleagues and is cleaner, and easy to use. What really impressed me is that you just type in your AIM/MSN Messenger etc details when you start up and it automatically adds your contacts to Facebook. So within minutes I had loads of friends signed up, very cool. I’m not going to go into a big detailed review here as I can’t be bothered and you should just sign up for yourself. But another thing that really stood out is that a high percentage of contacts that have their photos in their profile, which I don’t think happens as much in MySpace. This got me to thinking that some of my new found Facebook friends have some really cool photos in their profile, here’s a selection…. # ![]() This is Collette. Collette I promise never to complain if an invoice is late again ![]() This is Clarke, thinking he’s in ER. # ![]() This is Graham, anybody would think he’s a new Dad or something. ![]() This is Elena, doing some sort of wetsuit modelling or something. ![]() This is Hayley “working”. ![]() This is Chris, back in the days when he used to be a catalogue model for C&A. ![]() This is Renee. Next time you attend a fancy dress party, please let me know Renee. So there you go, some great reason to join Facebook!
